1. Rate conditions
The price communicated per person is a tax-inclusive. It is calculated according to the number of participants, services chosen, the type of accomodation, activities, visits and the period of the year you are planning the trip.
Children benefit from special rates depending on the age group in which they are and depending on the pricing policy applied by the accommodation establishment about overnights/meals.
With regard to transport services and certain activities:
- Children from 6 years old and up to 10 years old are entitled to 50% of the « adult » fare.
- The adult rate applies to children aged 10 and over.
From 10 people, we offer you a group rate.
2. What does the price include?
a) Camel trek Morocco tours from M’hamid : guides, camels, equipment, and meals. Transfer fees are not included in the price.
b) Morocco desert tours: the price includes the transfer fees (car or minibus and driver, diesel), guided visits according to the proforma invoice, camel ride in the desert, overnights (hotel, riads, desert camp, guest house …) on half board (breakfast and dinner – except drinks). Lunch is not included in the price unless the customer expressly requests it.
The rate (regardless of the program chosen) does not include airfare, insurance fees, meals during the transfer.
Personal expenses during the trip are the responsibility of each client. In addition, each client must have personal affairs allowing him to carry out the chosen course (small equipment).
Everything is detailled in the proforma invoice, check it before confirming the booking of a trip.
3. Deposit
If you wish make a reservation, to confirm it, a deposit equal to about 30% of the price is needed.
The deposit is paid via a secure link (pay by link) sent to you by email.
4. Cancellation of a trip
If you cancel your trip, is the deposit refundable?
Cancellation up to 45 days before the scheduled departure date does not include any charges.
The deposit paid will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled departure date, 10% of the total price of the reservation is due.
If the cancellation occurs between the 30th and 15th day before the scheduled departure date, 50% of the total price of the reservation is due.
If the cancellation occurs beyond the 15th day before the scheduled departure date, 100% of the total price of the reservation is due.
For group reservations or tailor-made services, special cancellation conditions may be specified in the invoice.
How soon your deposit will be refunded?
We will refund you within a period of up to one month.
5. Insurance
No insurance is included in the price of the trips we organize.
It is up to each customer to check before the excursion that he has the necessary insurance (trip and and scheduled activities).
6. Accommodation
We organize your accommodation during your Morocco desert tour or Sahara camel trek according to the availability of the establishments with which we work in partnership.
In the case of high demand, we may have to adapt our bookings in establishments offering similar accommodation conditions. This cannot be a valid reason to request a price reduction.
7. Special requests
If you wish to benefit from a special arrangement for your trip (diet, other …), thank you to let us know when you make a reservation, so we can know if it is possible to make the necessary arrangements.
8. Claims
In case of a complaint, you can reach us at the listed phone numbers on the website or contact us via the contact form or on the mail address: contact@cameltrekmoroccotour.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible.
9. Services
The services are provided by SARL MOROCCO DESERT TRIP, capital of 100,000 DHS, Douar Aarib, M’hamid, Zagora, ICE n°003002027000023.
For some of our services, we may work with other companies.
10. Responsability
Our responsability can only be sought for direct damages and this, within the limit of an amount that cannot exceed that of the reservation.
